PFP was established in 2021, by Colin and Joseph Pargoe. Both worked in the flooring business at an early age and realized the need for a full service leveling business.

We go above and beyond on every project and job site we work on. Our clients before and to come know that before and after the job is finished.

Meet the Owner

Colin Pargoe started PFP at only 20 years old. Having worked in the flooring industry for the last 6 years for Network Flooring and Maintenance, he decided to branch off and start Pargoe Floor Prep and Leveling Solutions.
